How much does a bespoke jewel cost?
There is no single price: the cost depends on the metal, the stone, the complexity of the piece and the setting work involved. The budget is set together from the first conversation, and we design the piece within that frame. A detailed quotation is approved before any crafting begins — no surprises.
How long does it take to create a jewel?
Allow generally six to twelve weeks between the first conversation and delivery, depending on the project's complexity and stone availability. A precise schedule is given to you once the model is approved. If you have an important date, tell us from the start: we plan the project accordingly.
Can I provide my own stone?
Yes — a family stone or one you already own can absolutely become the heart of your piece. We first examine it to check its condition and the appropriate setting techniques, then design the jewel safely around it.
Can I choose the stone?
Of course. Diamond, sapphire, ruby, emerald or coloured stone: we present you with a selection matching your budget and taste, with each stone's characteristics explained simply. You choose with full knowledge.
Is it possible to modify an existing model?
Yes. A jewel you own can be transformed or reinterpreted, and a piece that inspires you can serve as a starting point for a personal creation. However, we never copy another maison's creation: we design yours.
Do you work remotely?
Yes, the whole project can take place remotely: video conversations, proposals and 3D models shared online, approval at every step. 3D modelling makes this way of working very comfortable — you see exactly what will be made.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship within France and internationally, by secure, insured transport. The exact terms and timeframes depend on the destination country: they are specified in the quotation, before you commit.
Can I order a bespoke engagement ring?
That is, in fact, the heart of our craft. We guide you through choosing the diamond or stone, discreetly finding the ring size, and designing a ring that resembles her. The secret is kept safe.
How does the first consultation work?
Simply: you tell us about your project — the occasion, your wishes, your inspirations if you have any. We talk possibilities, budget and timing, in full transparency. This first conversation is free and carries no obligation; you decide afterwards, at your own pace.
What budget should I plan for?
Whatever suits you. Bespoke does not impose a budget: it adapts to one. Give us a range from the start — even an approximate one — and we design a piece that makes the most of it: choice of metal, stone, proportions. You approve the final quotation before anything is made.
